1. What is your role as a property developer?

  • The contract of property development which binds us to our customers is a mandate of shared interest by which the property developer obliges towards the Building Owner (the owner) to make proceed, for an agreed price, by means of contract for services, with the realization of a construction schedule of one or several buildings like proceeding itself or making proceed, with the help of a remuneration agreed upon, with whole or part of the legal, administrative and financial operations contributing to the same object. The promoter is guaranteeing execution of the obligations put at the load of the people he was involved in the name of the Building Owner.

 

2. What are the obligations of Timmo towards the purchasers?

 

  • Timmo is the material executor of your work and consequently is held by the guarantees related with construction and must face the dispute relating to the defects;

 

  •  our residences all are covered by a decennial guarantee and all the subcontractors we deal with also present all the guarantees required in the industry;

 

  • we also offer to you a one year guarantee following the provisional acceptance of your housing against the defects of construction or installation. We have for that a team of service after sale willing to assist you, should need be. Secure your investment is a constant preoccupation for every employee at Timmo.
